Rep. C.W. Bill Young (R-FL), former chairman of the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee, has known about the problems getting proper care for American wounded soldiers and Marines at Walter Reed for years, but did not go public "during Wartime."

Hey, wouldn't want to upset Donald Rumsfeld or Dick Cheney now, would he? What's a few poorly served casualties if doing something about them publicly meant upseting the Republican leadership.
