Libby Convicted.

After ten days of deliberation, the "Libby" jury has returned its verdict. I Lewis "Scooter" Libby was convicted this morning of lying to the FBI, Perjury, and obstruction of justice. He was found guilty four of the five counts for which he was indicted and not guilty on the count of false statement to the FBI regarding his conversations with the Time Reporter, Cooper.

Libby's lawyers intend to appeal, requesting a new trial.

Judge Walton will accept sentencing suggestions May 15th, and Sentencing will be June 5th. [NBC News]
