Tyson Foods in Alabama is racist

Tyson foods has a 300 employee plant in Ashland, Alabama where there is a locked bathroom that has had signs that state "Whites Only" or "Out of Order."

From Reuters we get the story:

In a press release on Thursday, the EEOC said the two black employees were subjected to disciplinary action by Tyson management, including suspensions, after they complained about the segregated bathroom.

Tyson is "shocked" that the EEOC would actually bring a lawsuit against them. Why, they have an written equal opportunity policy and everything!

It doesn't matter what the Tyson lawyers can show written on paper when their managers suspend the Black employees for daring to complain about how "Massa" treats them.

But anyone who has ever lived around a Tyson plant knows the company is managed by chickenshit gutterslime anyway. No doubt the feel perfectly comfortable in the Republican Party.
