Are Dominionists a threat to America?

I have been writing here on the Dominionists over the last few months like I thought it mattered to America. What do you think?

Here is a diary from Daily Kos. Guess what? Kansas has gone bat-shit crazy. This is from the the Associate Press, June 1, 2005. Kansas State Senator Kay O'Connor plans to run for the GOP nomination for secretary of state next year.

In 2001, Senator O'Conner stated the following: "I think the 19th Amendment, while it's not an evil in and of itself, is a symptom of something I don't approve of," she said at the time. "The 19th Amendment is around because men weren't doing their jobs, and I think that's sad. I believe the man should be the head of the family. The woman should be the heart of the family."

What does this have to do with Dominionism? This is Kansas, the state which has sent Senator Sam Brownback to Washington. Sam is pushing legislation to get around the Constitutional prohibition against an established religion. He has proposed The Constitution Restoration Act of 2005. As the articles you will find if you google "constitutional restoration", this is a act that strips the federal judiciary of the power to accept cases from people damaged because the government forced religion down their throats. It is a piece of Conservative Southern Baptist - Dominionist dream legislation.
