Republicans can't win elections unless they suppress voter turn-out. Don't take my word for it. Here is Paul Weyrich, father of the right-wing movement and co-founder of the Heritage Foundation, Moral Majority and various other groups saying exactly that. That's what the entire business of politicizing the Department of Justice has been about.
