Society agrees with progressives and Democrats on the issue fo whether Terri Schiavo's feeding tube should be put back, but the conservatives are winning strategically in the political arena.
Is this correct?
Dave Johnson of See the Forest thinks so.
The alternative (as I see it) is that the conservatives have overreached and shown how much they will let the extremist religious right dominate the Republican Party and so they have suffered a major defeat in the Terry Schiavo political issue.
Frankly, I don't know. But time will tell.
