The debate was apparently just sad

I had other things to do, so I missed the debate last night. At least I didn't waste my time watching it. That's about the best news I can offer.

Apparently Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos of ABC have shown that they can do for political reporting what reality shows like "Cops" have done to prime time TV.

Perhaps they are attempting to get new jobs on E!, but I'd bet they can't do gossip about-celebrities-as-news any better than the did political reporting last night.

It's clear that the use of corporate media personalities to run presidential debates should be ended. Those organizations and people no longer do news.
