By Jose Luis JimenezIt sure would be nice if this trial were to get hot, oh, say in the Summer of 2008. It will very probably provide a show with an all corrupt Republican cast.

SAN DIEGO – A federal judge Monday hinted the trial of a key player in the Randy “Duke” Cunningham scandal may move from San Diego to the East Coast.
Poway defense contractor Brent Wilkes and Kyle 'Dusty' Foggo – the former third-highest-ranking official at the CIA – are charged with numerous counts of fraud, conspiracy and money laundering.
They have pleaded not guilty.
During the hearing, Judge Larry Alan Burns said moving the case to the Eastern District of Virginia – the main courthouse is in Alexandria, Va. – would make it easier on the witnesses, the majority of which are on the East Coast.
Further, judges there are experienced in dealing with cases involving classified information that needs to be shared with the defense. Foggo's position in the CIA has made classified information a key issue.
