Christian Fundamentalists are Small Group of Religious Americans

My previous post entitled Fundamentalists Present their Bill could be viewed by some as saying that the current American culture wars are a battle between modernist secularists and Christians. That is not the case.

Fundamentalists are only a small but noisy part of the American Christian community. Ruy Teixeira shows poll and voting data that indicates that Catholics are a swing group between Democrats and Republicans in the recent Presidential races.
