Accountability

My background was first military, where I learned the that the commander was responsible for everything his organization did or failed to do. Since I learned that about 40 years ago I have found no reason to change the idea. It belongs in every organization.

Now Steve Clemmons has written a short essay with which I agree completely. The key is his statement "If there is no accountability at the top, then there is no accountability at all."

He is right. Read his essay.
