Jeremy Scahill, the reporter who has written the most about the contract mercenary company Blackwater, reports that Blackwater is being accused of having people who spoke to investigators or who threatened to speak to those investigators.
It looks like it was not just the members of the Bush administration who conducted criminal actions. So did their contractors. And yes, I understand that to be accused or implicated in such assassinations is not the same as being found guilty in court, and may not be the same as actually being guilty. But I'm not on any jury, and Erik Prince (founder of Blackwater) just looks guilty to me. He's going to have to prove himself innocent to me.
