Bush to speak tonight; will preempt the TV show "Criminal Minds"

Bush is to go on TV tonight to try to convince the American public to support the Paulson Proposal.

It seems incredibly ironic that Bush is going to use the time slot normally filled by the TV show "Criminal Minds."
