McCain: "My fellow Prisoners..." Can McCAin survive mentally for a four year term?

Can this age 72 guy last four and a half more years? That's mentally if not physically. I really doubt it. And the alternative is - God forbid - Sarah Palin??

Consider also - is John McCain capable of choosing who should become President if he, himself, dies or becomes disabled? McCain is still mentally back in the Hanoi Hilton at times. That's what he means when he says "My fellow Prisoners..."
