The former Director of Emergency Management for New York says that Rudy Giuliani is lying about what he did in advance of September 11, 2001, what he did not that date, and what he did afterwards. Then Rudy "...profited financially from his association with the tragedy after leaving office in 2001."
I guess from the Republican point of view that somehow does qualify him to run for President. He is another lying, incompetent crook with a sense of grandiosity and entitlement. Who else are the Republicans going to nominate?
