Kevin Drum points out that Rudy Giuliani is either lying about what his foreign policy as President would be, or he is bat-shit insane.
Any review of what he has presented as foreign policy will demonstrate that those are the only two choices. The question really is whether "the bipartisan foreign policy community" will treat his proposals as suggestions to be seriously considered and even compromised with, or will they publicly admit that they are insane.
My bet is that we will hear statements that compare Giuliani's foreign policy idiocies to the excretions of flying rodents are the extremists and that anyone practicing bipartisanship will compromise with his proposed policies.
