Looks like Tom DeLay is going to run for reelection to Congress whether he likes it or not. From The Houston Chronicle we get the news that Scalia has denied Tom's request for a stay of last week's Fifth Circuit Appeals Court ruling that he cannot be replaced on the ballot by some other Republican candidate.
