Now we have proof. McCain is a 19th century candidate for the 21st century Presidency.

McCain admits it. He doesn't know how to use the world wide web. From Think Progress:
John McCain has acknowledged that he is “an illiterate” when it comes to computers." [Snip]

In an interview with New York Times, John McCain confirmed that he doesn’t email, doesn’t read blogs, doesn’t go online, but does occasionally read Drudge. While he’s not a consumer of online information, McCain said he does “understand the impact of blogs on American politics today and political campaigns”
Talk about someone living in a bubble! He doesn't know anything his aides don't tell him. That explains why he keeps Phil Gramm around. McCain simply doesn't know any better and has no way of learning how to deal with reality.

Consider - do you really think someone that unadaptable can deal with the modern Presidency any better than the totally failed Bush has?

I don't think so. It isn't his age. I'm only six years younger than McCain, and I keep learning. The finest modern education tool is the world wide web. If you don't use it, you don't understand it and you don't understand the world it describes and influences. McCain is simply lost in the modern world.

McCain can't be trusted as President any more that Bush should have been.
